Delivery & Tracking

Orders are shipped according to the delivery method selected during checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on the destination country and the chosen shipping service. Please note that transit times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment at any time.

Shipping Carriers & Service Adjustments

We partner with specialized global carriers, including UPS, DHL, GLS and national postal services. If home delivery is unavailable or unsuccessful, the carrier may redirect your package to a local collection point for your convenience.

To ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery, we reserve the right to upgrade or adjust the shipping carrier or service level at no additional cost to the customer. This may occur due to logistical reasons or collection schedules (e.g., utilizing an ongoing pickup to expedite dispatch). Even if a more economical method was selected, we may opt for a faster service to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Delivery to Pickup Points (Europe Only)

For orders within Europe, we offer the option to ship directly to authorized service points, such as UPS Access Points, DHL Service Points, and GLS Parcel Shops (not available for national postal services economy shipping):

To ensure your order is processed correctly, please follow these steps:

1. Choose your Carrier: Decide which service you prefer (UPS, DHL, or GLS) and visit their official website to find the nearest authorized pickup point in your country.

2. Enter the Address: At checkout, enter the Pickup Point's official address as your Shipping Address.

3. Select the Matching Service: In the shipping method step, ensure you select the carrier that corresponds to the pickup point address provided.

4. Billing Info: Enter your personal home address as the Billing Address.

Please note: Our team will verify the validity of the chosen pickup point before dispatch. If the selected carrier does not match the pickup point address provided, or if we have any questions, we will contact you via email to confirm the details before shipping.

Address Accuracy & Re-shipping

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. Providing a valid email address and phone number is essential for receiving delivery updates.

In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address that requires a second shipment, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

To ensure a smooth resolution, please follow these guidelines when receiving your order:

- Visible Damage: If the packaging shows clear signs of tampering or damage, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting our support team immediately.

- Defective Items: If a product arrives defective, please retain both the item and its original packaging, as they are required to process an exchange or return.

Stock Availability

While we strive to keep all items in stock, high demand may occasionally lead to temporary shortages. In such cases, orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. If your item is unavailable, we will notify you via email with an updated delivery estimate.

Customs & Import Duties (Non-EU Orders)

Please note: Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by local authorities in the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Orders within the European Union are not subject to these additional customs charges.
